Manulife Financial's Chartered Accountant Development Program (CADP) provides exciting opportunities for new or recent university graduates with an interest in attaining the Chartered Accountant designation. Successful candidates will work through an enriched rotation plan which includes experience in Audit Services and the Corporate Controllers group. The CADP is a vital part of leadership development at Manulife and is supported at the most senior levels of the company as an important source of future financial and operational leaders. The overall goal of the program is to foster an environment that allows accounting talent to develop into outstanding business executives. The CADP was developed in consultation with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO) and is designed to provide experience in core competencies promulgated by the ICAO and by Manulife. The primary competencies in which experience will be gained by candidates in the CADP include Performance Measurement, Reporting, and Assurance.
